2.0. Characteristics
The
association will be a non-profit as well as a politically independent organisation.
§
4.0. Goals
4.01.
To deal with scientific issues and problems which concern muslim patients in
Sweden.
4.02.
To promote scientific research concerning public health and other similar aspects
of the Islamic faith and lifestyle.
4.03.
To
build up health care and eldercare which respect and take into consideration
the Islamic principles and traditions.
4.04.
To take part in activities against addiction to narcotics, alcohol and tobacco
as well as abuse of women and children.
4.05.
To organise lectures, symposia and publications.
4.06.
To create a network between muslim doctors, other health care personnel, medical
researchers and students in Sweden.
4.07.
To support muslim doctors with foreign medical degrees to get established in
the Swedish medical service.
4.08.
To contribute with efforts of humanitarian nature in case of human suffering
and need in both muslim and non-muslim countries.
4.09.
To establish contact and cooperate with national and international, politically
independent non-profit organisations whose goals and ways of working coincide
with these regulations.
